Rivers End Neighborhood Association Information

Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions of Rivers End Neighborhood Association, LLC were acknowledged as part of the contract process when we purchased our homes.  We pay quarterly dues to maintain our common areas and ensure that the CC&R’S are followed.  CC&R’S are a set of legal documents that outline the expectations of our neighborhood.  They are designed to help maintain our property values and quality of life within our neighborhood.  CC&R’S can be amended, for changes or deletions but the process is very detailed and requires approval vote by homeowners. RENA DUES AND ASSESSMENTS

Your annual HOA dues pay the necessary operating expenses that keep our association running; common area maintenance, HOA management, irrigation expenses, improvements, repair reserves, etc. It is everyone’s obligation to pay their HOA dues on time; it is the HOA Board of Directors obligation to ensure consistent collection policies are implemented.
